July 21, 2023Dallas, TX, July 6, 2023 —(theDIWire.com)— Resource Royalty LLC, a Dallas-based oil and gas royalty portfolio manager, announced the launch of their latest mineral rights offering, Resource Royalty XX LLC.
According to a filing made with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Resource Royalty registered the offering in June 2023 and are seeking to raise approximately $9.1 million.
Resource Royalty XX includes seventeen properties in the Anadarko Basin of Oklahoma with 24 producing wells and 48 wells drilled or filed to be drilled.
Resource Royalty XX is the third offering launched year-to-date by Resource Royalty.
