BOB HOWARD

Managing Member
Bob is a seasoned investment professional with more than 30 years with large New York based investment banks. In 2006, he retired as a Managing Director of Deutsche Bank Alex Brown in Dallas and joined Silk Road Ventures pursuing investments in China. He advised families, corporations and institutions in every aspect of investments. He has extensive experience in alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity and oil and gas investing. He graduated with a B.A. in Economics/Business Administration from Westminster College in 1976. Bob has served on the boards of several non profits, including Vision Africa, Overcomers International and GFM. He is an active member of Highland Park United Methodist Church.

GARY REDWINE

Managing Member
For over 25 years, Gary drilled and operated over 250 wells in Oklahoma, Texas, Wyoming and Colorado, primarily focusing on the Arkoma Basin in Oklahoma. Additionally, he has participated on a working interest basis on more than 100 wells with other O & G operators. He drilled not only conventional vertical wells, but more than 25 horizontal wells, and has extensive experience in current fracing techniques. He has substantial experience in accounting, negotiating leases and has overseen disbursement of over 600 royalty checks per month. An Oklahoma native, Gary graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 1974 with a B.S. in Psychology and Accounting. He is a member of numerous professional organizations including the Texas Independent Petroleum Association, The Dallas Association of Petroleum Landmen and the Petroleum Club of Dallas. He is a founding member of All Saints Anglican Church, Dallas.

BETH GOOD

Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Good brings significant experience in financial reporting, auditing and fund management. She started her career at KPMG before moving into private equity fund management. Working for a multi-billion dollar private equity fund in Dallas, she oversaw financial reporting, coordinated audits, and worked in investor relations. Most recently, Ms. Good worked in a similar role of the fund management division for a large money center bank in Dallas.
